Judge me, O Lord; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted
also in the Lord; therefore I shall not slide. (Psalm
26:1, KJV)
To trust the Lord without
wavering means to believe Him, believing His Word;
it means to believe the Bible without doubting.
Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have led a blameless
life; I have trusted in the Lord and have not faltered. (Psalm
26:1, NIV)
To trust the Lord without
wavering means to lean on Him, to lean on His Word without turning away.
Heaven and earth will pass away,
but my words will never
pass away, but will
remain forever. (Luke 21:33, NIV)
You can place all your trust in the Bible
because it is precisely through His Word that God makes Himself
known; He has not failed His Word and never will. God cannot lie!
God is not a man, so he does not
lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken
and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not
kept his word? (Numbers 23:19, NLT)
Pay attention to how His Love for you is clearly expressed in the Scriptures, for He preferred to give up His own Son as a substitute to pay
the price for ALL your sins, rather than lose you for all eternity.
For God so loved
the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not
perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to
condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. (John
3:16-17, KJV)
It is because
of that Love that God Himself now calls you His Child.
See what great love the Father has
lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. (1
John 3:1, NIV)
And the most amazing thing is that for God, in Truth,
you are His Beloved Child!
I assure you that you can trust the Word of God without wavering; after all, He is the best Father you could ever
have.
Or what man is there of you, whom
if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil,
know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your
Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? (Matthew
7:9-11, KJV)
Since you cannot trust someone you don't really know, the basis of
trust is mutual knowledge. Today, thanks to Jesus Christ, you have a God and
Father whom you can know more and better every day. By having communion with
God through reading and meditating on His Word and through
prayer, you will acquire a greater knowledge of your
heavenly Father and of who you now are before Him.
For as many as are led by the
Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received
the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself
beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children
of God. (Romans 8:14-16, KJV)
If you notice, you can see that your trust
and certainty do not lie only in the knowledge of God, but in your own identity
as His Born-Again Child, because now, in Christ Jesus, we have known and believed
the love that God has for us.
It was through His death on that cross that
He paid for all your sins, and it is through
His resurrection that He defeated
death to make you a partaker of the
type of Life that only the Children of God can possess: Eternal Life.
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of
God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (1 Peter
1:23, KJV)
You can trust God because His Plan for you
is perfect. By giving you the New Birth through the New Covenant in the Blood
of Jesus, He made you a totally new person. Thanks to the Blood of Jesus, you
are a new species of being that did not exist before! You are
a Born-Again Child of God! You are no longer that
old poor, sad, sick, and sinful
person. Now, you have been Born Again
and you are a Child of the King!
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed
away; behold, all things are become new. (2
Corinthians 5:17, KJV)
Every time you face a new challenge or trial, every time you face a problem or need, always remember that God is your
Daddy and that He does not lie, nor does He change His mind; everything He says
in His Word about you is the Truth, for He is God and if God said it, then He
is going to fulfill it; if He spoke it, then He is going to execute it.
So, What shall
we then say to these
things? If God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31, KJV)
Let’s pray out loud:
Beloved heavenly Father, on this day I want
to tell You how much I love You and how grateful I am to You because You, who
are rich in mercy, because of Your great love with which You loved me, even
while I was dead in sins, gave me life together with Christ (by grace I am
saved), and raised me up together with Him, and likewise made me sit in
heavenly places with Christ Jesus, to show in the ages to come the abundant
riches of Your grace in Your kindness toward
me in Christ Jesus. For by Your grace I am saved through faith; and this does not come from me, for it is
Your gift; not by works, so that I may not boast in anything. For I am Your workmanship, created in Christ
Jesus for good works, which You, O God, prepared beforehand for me to walk in them. Thank You! Thank You very much, Lord Jesus! You are my King, Lord, and Savior.
Your Love for me is sweeter than honey, for You, being in the form of
God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but emptied
Yourself, taking the form of a servant, being made in the likeness of men; and
being found in the condition of a man, You humbled Yourself, becoming obedient
unto death, even death on a cross. All for Love of me! How could I not trust in
You! In You I am totally secure and I can
trust in the certainty, the rock, the strength
of Your Love toward me. I am a Born-Again Child of God! Nothing and no one can separate me from the Love
of God! In all things I am more than a conqueror because I can do ALL things
through Christ who strengthens me!
Yea, though I walk through
the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil
because You are with me. I believe and declare that from every problem,
anguish, and illness I will come out more than
a conqueror through Your Love. Amen.
Important Note:
How do I become a Child of God? How do I establish a relationship with the
Almighty?
Just say the following prayer
aloud, putting all your attention
and heart into what you are saying to God:
Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of
God. That You came into this world, born
of the virgin Mary, to pay for all my sins, and I have
been a sinner. Therefore, today I say that I accept. I accept Your
sacrifice on the cross! I accept Your precious
Blood shed to the last drop out of love for me! I open my
heart to You and invite You in
because I want, Lord Jesus, that from today and forever You be my only and sufficient Savior, my
God, my King, and my Lord.
Thank You, Almighty God, because with this
simple prayer and profession of faith I have passed from death to Life, I have been transferred from darkness
to Your marvelous Light. Today I have been Born Again! God, now I am Your
Child! Now You are my Father! I will never be alone again! I will never live
defeated again. In the name of Jesus. Amen.

Three Recommendations:
What just happened by you recognizing Jesus Christ as the Lord and
Savior of your life, according
to God's Word, is that you have been Born Again. No longer
as an ordinary human being, subject to the law of sin and death, but now as a
legitimate and authentic Child of God, Born Again, exactly like Jesus Christ, who is now your Older Brother. Therefore,
I give you these three, very important, recommendations:
1.
Pray. Praying is talking with God. So, find a quiet
place where you can begin talking to Him about everything. Do it out loud, and you will notice
how God always responds to your heart.
2.
Read and meditate
on the Word of God. The Bible
is the Word of God, so
get a Bible and start reading and meditating on it. How do you begin? It’s very simple. Depending on the day,
look up the reading program “The
Bible in One Year” and do the corresponding readings. You can get this program at: Through The Bible In One Year (palabradehonor.org). You will notice
that the program is set up so you can print it as a booklet.
3.
In prayer with God, your Father, look for and join a
Christian church or congregation where the Word of God is taught based
on the Good News, which are
the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

26 Luke 19.28-48
/ Genesis 34 / Psalm 26
Luke
28 And when he had thus spoken,
he went before,
ascending up to Jerusalem.
29 And it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage
and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives,
he sent two of his disciples,
30 Saying, Go ye into the village
over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied,
whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither.
31 And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him,
Because the Lord hath need of him.
32 And they that were sent went their way, and found even as he had said
unto them.
33 And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof
said unto them, Why
loose ye the colt?
34 And they said, The Lord hath need of him.
35 And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.
36 And as he went, they spread
their clothes in the way.
37 And when he was
come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude
of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty
works that they had seen;
38 Saying, Blessed
be the King that cometh
in the name of the Lord: peace in
heaven, and glory in the highest.
39 And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
40 And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold
their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
41 And when he was come near, he beheld
the city, and wept over it,
42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in this thy day, the things
which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes.
43 For the days shall come upon thee, that thine enemies
shall cast a trench
about thee, and compass thee round, and keep thee in on every side,
44 And shall lay thee even with the ground,
and thy children within thee; and
they shall not leave in thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not
the time of thy visitation.
45 And he went into the temple,
and began to cast out them that sold therein, and them that bought;
46 Saying unto them, It is written,
My house is the house of prayer:
but ye have made it a den of
thieves.
47 And he taught daily in the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes
and the chief of the people sought to destroy him,
48 And could not find what they might do: for all the people
were very attentive to hear
him.
Genesis
34 And Dinah the daughter of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob, went out to
see the daughters of the land.
2 And when Shechem the son of Hamor the Hivite, prince of the country, saw her, he took her, and lay with her,
and defiled her.
3 And his soul clave unto Dinah the daughter
of Jacob, and he loved the
damsel, and spake kindly unto the damsel.
4 And Shechem
spake unto his father Hamor,
saying, Get me this damsel
to wife.
5 And Jacob heard that he had defiled Dinah his daughter:
now his sons were
with his cattle in the field: and Jacob held his peace until they were come.
6 And Hamor
the father of Shechem went out unto Jacob to commune with him.
7 And the sons of
Jacob came out of the field when they heard it: and the men were grieved,
and they were very wroth,
because he had wrought folly in Israel in lying with Jacob's daughter:
which thing ought not to be done.
8 And Hamor communed with them, saying,
The soul of my son Shechem
longeth for your daughter: I pray you give her him to wife.
9 And make ye marriages
with us, and give your daughters unto us, and take
our daughters unto you.
10 And ye shall dwell with us: and the land shall be before
you; dwell and trade
ye therein, and get you possessions therein.
11 And Shechem
said unto her father and unto her brethren, Let me find grace
in your eyes, and what ye shall say unto me I will give.
12 Ask me never so much dowry
and gift, and I will give according
as ye shall say unto me: but give me the damsel to wife.
13 And the sons of Jacob answered
Shechem and Hamor
his father deceitfully, and said, because he had
defiled Dinah their sister:
14 And they said unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister
to one that is uncircumcised;
for that were a reproach unto us:
15 But in this will we consent
unto you: If ye will be as we be, that every
male of you be circumcised;
16 Then will we give our daughters
unto you, and we will take your daughters
to us, and we will dwell with you, and we will become one people.
17 But if ye will not hearken
unto us, to be circumcised; then will we take our daughter, and we will be gone.
18 And their words pleased
Hamor, and Shechem
Hamor's son.
19 And the young man
deferred not to do the thing, because he had delight in Jacob's daughter: and he was more honourable than all the house of his father.
20 And Hamor and Shechem
his son came unto the gate of their city, and
communed with the men of their city, saying,
21 These men are
peaceable with us; therefore let them dwell in the land, and trade therein;
for the land, behold, it is large
enough for them; let us take their daughters to us for wives, and let
us give them our daughters.
22 Only herein
will the men consent unto us for to dwell with us, to be one
people, if every male among us be circumcised, as they are circumcised.
23 Shall not their cattle and their substance and every beast of their's
be our's? only let us consent
unto them, and they will dwell with us.
24 And unto Hamor and unto Shechem
his son hearkened
all that went out of the gate of his city; and every male
was circumcised, all that went out of the gate of his city.
25 And it came to pass on the third day, when they were sore, that two of the
sons of Jacob, Simeon and Levi, Dinah's brethren, took each man his sword, and
came upon the city boldly, and slew all the males.
26 And they slew Hamor and Shechem
his son with the edge of the sword, and took Dinah out of Shechem's house, and
went out.
27 The sons of Jacob came upon the slain, and spoiled
the city, because
they had defiled their sister.
28 They took their sheep, and their oxen, and their asses,
and that which was
in the city, and that which was in the field,
29 And all their wealth,
and all their little ones, and their wives took they
captive, and spoiled even all that was in the house.
30 And Jacob said to
Simeon and Levi, Ye have troubled me to make me to stink among the inhabitants
of the land, among the Canaanites and the Perizzites: and I being few in number, they shall gather themselves together against me, and slay me; and I
shall be destroyed, I and my house.
31 And they said, Should
he deal with our sister
as with an harlot?

as ye shall say unto me: but give me the damsel to wife.
13 And the sons of Jacob answered
Shechem and Hamor
his father deceitfully, and said, because he had
defiled Dinah their sister:
14 And they said unto them, We cannot do this thing, to give our sister
to one that is uncircumcised;
for that were a reproach unto us:
15 But in this will we consent
unto you: If ye will be as we be, that every
male of you be circumcised;
16 Then will we give our daughters
unto you, and we will take your daughters
to us, and we will dwell with you, and we will become one people.
17 But if ye will not hearken
unto us, to be circumcised; then will we take our daughter, and we will be gone.
18 And their words pleased
Hamor, and Shechem
Hamor's son.
19 And the young man
deferred not to do the thing, because he had delight in Jacob's daughter: and he was more honourable than all the house of his father.
20 And Hamor and Shechem
his son came unto the gate of their city, and
communed with the men of their city, saying,
21 These men are
peaceable with us; therefore let them dwell in the land, and trade therein;
for the land, behold, it is large
enough for them; let us take their daughters to us for wives, and let
us give them our daughters.
Psalm
26 Judge me, O LORD; for I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted
also in the LORD; therefore I shall not slide.
2 Examine me, O
LORD, and prove
me; try my reins and my heart.
3 For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth.
4 I have not sat with vain persons, neither
will I go in with dissemblers.
5 I have hated the congregation of evil doers;
and will not sit with the wicked.
6 I will wash mine hands in innocency: so will I compass thine altar, O LORD:
7 That I may publish
with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell of all thy wondrous
works.
8 LORD, I have loved the habitation of thy house,
and the place where thine honour dwelleth.
9
Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men:
10 In whose
hands is mischief,
and their right hand is full of bribes.
11 But as for me, I will walk in mine integrity: redeem me, and be merciful
unto me.
12 My foot standeth in an even place: in the congregations will I bless
the LORD.
