For, behold, I create
new heavens and a new earth: and the former
shall not be
remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice
for ever in that which I create:
for, behold, I create Jerusalem
a rejoicing, and her people
a joy. And I will be glad in Jerusalem, and joy in my
people: and the voice
of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying (Isaiah
65:17-19, KJV).
Now that you are finishing one year and are about to
begin a totally new one, it is important
to remember that God's plan for your life is to make it all brand
new.
Only with a totally New Life will you be
able to look at and enjoy those new heavens and that new earth that, promised
by God, are undoubtedly about to
become a reality.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily,
verily, I say unto thee, Except a man
be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How
can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his
mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee,
Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the
kingdom of God. That which
is born of the flesh
is flesh; and that which
is born of the Spirit is
spirit (John 3:3-6, KJV).
The Good News is that because of the love
God has for you and through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ,
you have entered
the dimension of the
Spirit, being born again as a child of God.
But God, who is rich in mercy, for
his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins,
hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace
ye are saved) (Ephesians 2:4-5, NIV).
That’s right—because of the love of God, your Father,
Christ Jesus paid for all your sins and also paid for the
resulting eternal death you were inevitably heading toward, offering you the gift of abundant
life that only a child of God can have: Eternal Life!
The thief cometh not, but for to
steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly
(John 10:10, KJV).
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal
life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans
6:23, NIV).
So you can believe it, and you must declare
it and shout it at the top of your lungs: In Christ Jesus, I have every
right to make my life full and abundant!
And of course you can achieve it if you
begin to live and act as if you truly believed
God, believing His Word; for you have been made righteous, and the
righteous shall live by his faith [by believing God, believing His Word].
for you have been born again,
not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and
enduring word of God (1 Peter 1:23, NIV).
Facing a new year will always be exciting if you know the Truth (the Bible):
That you are a born-again child of God, born not of a corruptible seed
but of the incorruptible seed which is the Word of God, which lives and remains
forever.
They shall not labour
in vain, nor bring forth for trouble;
for they are the seed of
the blessed of the Lord, and their offspring with them. And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will
answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear (Isaiah
65:23-24, KJV).
So, get ready! Because in this coming year,
you will not labor in vain, nor will you give birth to trouble,
for you are the lineage
of the blessed of the Lord, and your children along with you. Before
you ask God for anything, He is going to answer you; while you are still
speaking, He will have already heard you.
See what large love the Father
has given us, that we should be called children of God; and as such we are. For
this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know him (1
John 3:1, NIV).
In this year that is about to begin, God is very interested in you finding
out, and believing, that
through the blood of His Son Jesus, He has redeemed you from every curse and
has bought you so that you are legally and legitimately His child. For only in
this way can He fulfill His explicit desire throughout the Bible: That you live
a full and abundant life.
Be
sober, be vigilant; because your adversary
the devil, as a roaring
lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour (1
Peter 5:8, KJV).
The thief’s
purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a
rich and satisfying life (John 10:10, NIV).
It is also important for you to remember
that now you are not of this world and, therefore, you are at war against the
world. You have an enemy who, through deceptions and lies, will do everything
possible to make you believe him so he can fill you with fear and unbelief
to prevent you, at all costs, from believing God.
However, you have nothing
to worry about.
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh,
hath he quickened together
with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of
ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of
the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers,
he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it (Colossians
2:13-15, KJV).
The Good News is that this enemy and all his minions
are defeated; they are
terrified at the thought
of you finding out and believing who you now are in
Christ Jesus.
In the synagogue there was a
man possessed by a demon, an impure spirit. He cried out at the top of his voice, “Go away! What do you want with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy
us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God!” (Luke
4:33-34, NIV).
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil (1
John 3:8b, KJV).
Indeed, Jesus is in your life to undo all
the works of the devil—works of fear, anguish, illness, poverty, bitterness,
pain, depression, and loneliness. Through the New Covenant in His blood, you
are now a New Creation, and the glorious Holy
Spirit lives in you and with you to give you a totally New Life, an abundant
life, Eternal Life.
For, behold, I create
new heavens and a new earth: and the former
shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be
ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I
create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. And I will be glad in Jerusalem, and joy in
my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the
voice of crying (Isaiah 65:17-19, KJV).
So, before ending this year, prepare
yourself to receive a new year. Rejoice! Don't
believe the devil's
lies anymore. You don't have to keep paying any price.
The sacrifice of love that Jesus made for you
is complete, perfect, and finished.
Just as you have received Him as Lord and Savior of your life through faith,
receive in the same way the New Life He has already provided for you.
But ye are a chosen generation, a
royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should
shew forth the praises of him who hath called
you out of darkness into his marvellous light (1
Peter 2:9, KJV).
But seek ye first the kingdom
of God, and his righteousness; and all these things
shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:33, KJV).
So that, just as sin reigned in
death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal
life through Jesus Christ our Lord (Romans 5:21, NIV).
This new year is the year in which you will reign
through abundant grace so
that you may perform great works in the Kingdom of God!
It will be a year of
Splendor!}
Let’s pray out loud:
Beloved Heavenly Father,
thank You so much because
today I can end this year
in the victory that Christ Jesus won for me. Lord Jesus, thank You for the New
Life You have given me to enjoy and rejoice in eternally. Because of what You
did for me on the
cross, and because of the new nature I now have and enjoy, I believe and declare that this coming year, I will not labor
in vain, nor will I give birth to trouble, for I am the lineage of the blessed
of the Lord, and my children along with me. Before I ask You for anything,
my God, You are going to
answer me; while I am still speaking, You will have already heard me. I will
not listen to voices of discouragement and failure. I will give no place in my
life to unbelief or fear. With Your help, Holy Spirit, I am going to make the
coming year the year I begin
to reign through Your abundant grace.
I am going to make the
coming year the year of the splendor of Your glory within me. So, from every
problem, illness, or affliction, I shall come out more than a conqueror, for I can do ALL things through Christ who
strengthens me. Therefore, I resist, bind, rebuke, and cast out of my life
illness, poverty, lack, family conflicts, loneliness, anguish, depression,
fear, and every work of lies. I am healed! I am free! I am prosperous! I am
blessed! I am a born-again child of God! In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Important Note:
How do I become a Child of God? How do I establish a relationship with the
Almighty?
Just say the following prayer
aloud, putting all your attention
and heart into what you are saying to God:
Lord Jesus, I believe that You are the Son of
God. That You came into this world, born
of the virgin Mary, to pay for all my sins, and I have
been a sinner. Therefore, today I say that I accept. I accept Your
sacrifice on the cross! I accept Your precious
Blood shed to the last drop out of love for me! I open my
heart to You and invite You in
because I want, Lord Jesus, that from today and forever You be my only and sufficient Savior, my
God, my King, and my Lord.
Thank You, Almighty God, because with this
simple prayer and profession of faith I have passed from death to Life, I have been transferred from darkness
to Your marvelous Light. Today I have been Born Again! God, now I am Your
Child! Now You are my Father! I will never be alone again! I will never live
defeated again. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Three Recommendations:
What just happened by you recognizing Jesus Christ as the Lord and
Savior of your life, according
to God's Word, is that you have been Born Again. No longer
as an ordinary human being, subject to the law of sin and death, but now as a
legitimate and authentic Child of God, Born Again, exactly like Jesus Christ, who is now your Older Brother. Therefore,
I give you these three, very important, recommendations:
1.
Pray. Praying is talking with God. So, find a quiet
place where you can begin talking to Him about everything. Do it out loud, and you will notice
how God always responds to your heart.
2.
Read and meditate
on the Word of God. The Bible
is the Word of God, so
get a Bible and start reading and meditating on it. How do you begin? It’s very simple. Depending on the day,
look up the reading program “The
Bible in One Year” and do the corresponding readings. You can get this program at: Through The Bible In One Year (palabradehonor.org). You will notice
that the program is set up so you can print it as a booklet.
3.
In prayer with God, your Father, look for and join a
Christian church or congregation where the Word of God is taught based
on the Good News, which are
the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Reading and Meditation on the Word of God
Do these daily readings, and by the end of one year you will have read the
entire Bible.

30 Luke 4.31-44
/ Ezekiel 46-47
/ Isaiah 65 Luke
31 And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.
32 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.
33 And in the synagogue
there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud
voice,
34 Saying, Let us alone;
what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I
know thee who thou art; the Holy One of God.
35 And Jesus rebuked
him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him. And when the devil had thrown him in the midst, he came out of him, and hurt him
not.
36 And they were all
amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with authority
and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out.
37 And the fame of him went out into every place of the country round
about.
38 And he arose out
of the synagogue, and entered into Simon's house. And Simon's wife's
mother was taken with a great fever;
and they besought
him for her.
39 And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered
unto them.
40 Now when the sun
was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought
them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
41 And devils
also came out of many, crying out, and saying,
Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not
to speak: for they knew that he was
Christ.
42 And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert
place: and the people sought him, and came unto him, and stayed him, that he should not depart from them.
43 And he said unto them, I must preach
the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent.
44 And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.
Ezekiel
46 Thus saith the Lord GOD; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward
the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall
be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened.
2 And the prince shall enter by the way of the porch of that gate without, and shall stand by the post of the gate,
and the priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and
he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: then he shall go forth; but the
gate shall not be shut until the evening.
3 Likewise the people of the land shall worship
at the door of this gate before the LORD in the sabbaths
and in the new moons.
4 And the burnt
offering that the prince shall offer unto the LORD in the sabbath day shall be six lambs
without blemish, and a ram without blemish.
5 And the meat offering
shall be an ephah for a ram, and the meat offering
for the lambs as he shall be able to give, and an hin of oil to an
ephah.
6 And in the day of the new moon it shall
be a young bullock without
blemish, and six lambs, and a ram: they shall be without blemish.
7 And he shall
prepare a meat offering, an ephah for a bullock, and an ephah for a ram, and for the lambs according
as his hand shall attain
unto, and an hin
of oil to an ephah.
8 And when the prince
shall enter, he shall go in by the way of the porch of that gate, and he shall go forth by
the way thereof.
9 But when the
people of the land shall come before the LORD in the solemn
feasts, he that entereth in by the way of the north gate to worship shall go out by the way of the south gate; and he
that entereth by the way of the south gate shall go forth by the way of the north gate: he shall
not return by the way of the gate whereby he came in, but
shall go forth over against it.
10 And the prince in the midst of them, when they go in, shall go in; and when
they go forth, shall go forth.
11 And in the feasts and in the solemnities the meat offering
shall be an ephah
to a bullock, and an ephah to a ram, and to the lambs as he is able to give,
and an hin of oil to an ephah.
12 Now when the
prince shall prepare a voluntary burnt offering or peace offerings voluntarily
unto the LORD, one shall then open him the gate that
looketh toward the east, and he shall prepare his burnt offering
and his peace
offerings, as he did on the sabbath day: then he shall go forth; and after his going forth one shall shut the gate.
13 Thou shalt
daily prepare a burnt offering
unto the LORD of a lamb of the first
year without blemish: thou shalt prepare it every morning.
14 And thou shalt
prepare a meat offering for it every morning, the sixth part of an ephah, and the third part of an hin of oil, to temper with the fine flour; a
meat offering continually by a perpetual ordinance unto the LORD.
15 Thus shall they prepare
the lamb, and the meat offering, and the oil, every
morning for a continual burnt offering.
16 Thus saith the Lord GOD; If the prince
give a gift unto any of his sons, the inheritance thereof shall be his
sons'; it shall be their possession by inheritance.
17 But if he give a gift of his inheritance to one of his servants, then it shall be
his to the year of liberty; after it shall return
to the prince: but his inheritance
shall be his sons' for them.
18 Moreover the
prince shall not take of the people's inheritance by oppression, to thrust them
out of their possession; but he shall give his sons inheritance out of his own possession: that my people
be not scattered every man
from his possession.
19 After he brought me through the entry, which was at the side of the gate,
into the holy chambers of the priests, which looked toward the north: and,
behold, there was a place on the two sides westward.
20 Then said he unto
me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the trespass offering
and the sin offering, where they shall bake the meat offering; that they bear them not out
into the utter court, to sanctify the people.
21 Then he brought
me forth into the utter court, and
caused me to pass by the four corners
of the court; and, behold,
in every corner
of the court there was a
court.
22 In the four corners
of the court there were courts joined
of forty cubits
long and thirty broad: these four corners were of one measure.
23 And there was a row of building round about in them, round
about them four, and it was
made with boiling places under the rows round about.
24 Then said he unto me, These
are the places
of them that boil, where
the ministers of the house shall boil the sacrifice of the people.
47 Afterward he
brought me again unto the door of the house; and, behold, waters issued out
from under the threshold of the house eastward: for the forefront of the house stood toward the east, and the waters came down from under from the right side of the
house, at the south side of the altar.
2 Then brought
he me out of the way of the gate northward, and led me about
the way without unto the utter gate by the way that looketh eastward; and,
behold, there ran out waters on the right side.
3 And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward,
he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the
waters were to the ankles.
4 Again he measured
a thousand, and brought me
through the waters; the waters were to the knees.
Again he measured
a thousand, and brought me through; the waters were to the loins.
5 Afterward he measured a thousand; and it was a river that I could not pass
over: for the waters were risen, waters to swim in, a river that could not be
passed over.
6 And he said unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen this? Then he brought me, and caused me to return to the brink
of the river.
7 Now when I had returned, behold,
at the bank of the river were very many trees on the one side and on the
other.
8 Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into
the sea: which being brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.
9 And it shall come
to pass, that every thing that liveth, which moveth, whithersoever the rivers shall come, shall live: and there shall be a very great multitude of fish, because these
waters shall come thither: for they shall be healed; and every thing shall live
whither the river cometh.
10 And it shall come
to pass, that the fishers shall stand upon it from Engedi even unto Eneglaim; they shall be a place to spread forth nets; their fish shall
be according to their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.
11 But the miry places
thereof and the marishes thereof
shall not be healed;
they shall be given to salt.
12 And by the river
upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof
be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because
their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be
for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
13 Thus saith the Lord GOD; This shall be the border,
whereby ye shall inherit
the land according to the twelve tribes of Israel: Joseph shall have two portions.
14 And ye shall inherit
it, one as well as another: concerning the which I lifted
up mine hand to give it unto your fathers: and this land shall
fall unto you for inheritance.
15 And this shall be the border of the land toward
the north side, from the great sea, the way of Hethlon, as men
go to Zedad;
16 Hamath, Berothah,
Sibraim, which is between the border of Damascus and the border of Hamath; Hazarhatticon,
which is by the coast of Hauran.
17 And the border
from the sea shall be Hazarenan, the border of Damascus, and the north northward, and the border of Hamath.
And this is the north side.
18 And the east side ye shall measure from Hauran, and from Damascus,
and from Gilead, and from the land of Israel by Jordan, from the border unto the east sea. And this is the east
side.
19 And the south side southward, from Tamar even to the waters of strife in Kadesh, the river to the great sea. And
this is the south side southward.
20 The west side also shall be the great sea from the border,
till a man come over against
Hamath. This is the west side.
21 So shall ye divide this land unto you according to the tribes of Israel.
22 And it shall come
to pass, that ye shall divide it by lot for an inheritance unto you, and to the
strangers that sojourn among you, which shall beget children among you: and they shall be unto you as born in the country among the children of Israel;
they shall have inheritance with you among the tribes
of Israel.
23 And it shall come to pass, that in what tribe the stranger
sojourneth, there shall ye
give him his inheritance, saith the Lord GOD.
Isaia
65 I
am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought
me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.
2 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh
in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;
3 A people that provoketh
me to anger continually to my face;
that sacrificeth in gardens,
and burneth incense upon altars of brick;
4 Which remain
among the graves,
and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine's
flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;
5 Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier
than thou.
These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.
6 Behold, it is written
before me: I will not keep silence,
but will recompense, even recompense into their
bosom,
7 Your iniquities,
and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned
incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their
former work into their bosom.
8 Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster,
and one saith, Destroy it not;
for a blessing is in it: so will I do
for my servants' sakes, that I may not destroy them all.
9 And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob,
and out of Judah an inheritor of my
mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.
10 And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks,
and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people
that have sought me.
11 But ye are they that forsake
the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink
offering unto that number.
12 Therefore will I number
you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the
slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not
hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.
13 Therefore thus
saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall
eat, but ye shall be hungry:
behold, my servants
shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty:
behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of
spirit.
15 And ye shall leave
your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee,
and call his servants by another name:
16 That he who blesseth
himself in the earth shall bless himself
in the God of truth; and he
that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former
troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
17 For, behold,
I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18 But be ye glad and rejoice
for ever in that which
I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her
people a joy.
19 And I will rejoice
in Jerusalem, and joy in my people:
and the voice of weeping shall
be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the
child shall die an hundred years
old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 And they shall build
houses, and inhabit
them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of
them.
22 They shall not build,
and another inhabit;
they shall not plant, and another
eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall
long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labour
in vain, nor bring forth
for trouble; for they are the
seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with
them.
24 And it shall come to pass, that before
they call, I will answer;
and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together,
and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the
serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith
the LORD.
